New to La Bella Skin by Katrina?
To help you reach your glowing skin goals, we all have to start somewhere. Which is why we ask prospective clients (even those we haven’t worked with for over a year!) to begin with a 1:1 consultation with Katrina before diving into a regimen. This helps us assess your skin, your concerns, and your unique goals to create a plan of action just for you.
Together we will dive into everything in the scope of Medical Aesthetics.
Our end goal is to uplift confidence by providing clients with the love and care you all deserve!

COME WITH A CLEAN FACE
We mean it, freshly washed and no makeup.
A clean face helps speed up our time together so we can see your skin in its natural state to recommend a custom plan.
KNOW YOUR PRODUCTS
We’ll want to know anything and everything that goes on your skin.
Make a list of your product names and brands — bringing them in works too.
BE OPEN-MINDED
Skincare is often best left to professionals, so although you might be interested in a specific service,
we’ll recommend treatments that will work well with your skin.

At La Bella Skin by Katrina, we have put an astounding amount of time into the development of our culture and environment. We are a skin care clinic at 515 State Street in Greensboro, NC and we have a lot fun here. We have taken much attention to education and creating top quality services and products to provide a result driven focus. Our main goal is to give the best possible treatments with outstanding customer service and to give life changing results.
One of the things that you'll be sure to experience with us is always a friendly smile. You will probably even laugh, more than once. We welcome you to experience our top notch clinic.

Skin Care Treatments are by Appointment Only
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
48 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 48 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior any future scheduled appointments
NO-SHOWS
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.
LATE ARRIVALS
If you arrive 10+ minutes late for your appointment, your appointment will have to be rescheduled, so as not to inconvenience other clients. Rescheduling your appointment will not result in a charge to your card. Out of respect and consideration to Katrina and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
CONFIRMATION EMAILS & TEXTS
As a courtesy, we will email & text your service appointments 48 hours prior to your appointment date. We request that you confirm your appointment with us. At 24 hours before your appointment, you'll receive another text and email reminder of your appointment. However, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.
FEW OTHER POINTS
For your first visit to our clinic, we request that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow for your initial consultation.
If you are wearing make-up, please arrive an extra 10 minute early so that you can remove it so you can enjoy your full appointment.
With return visits to our clinic, we ask that you arrive about 5 minutes before your appointment time. We absolutely don't like running late for any of our clients.
La Bells Skin is COVID certified skin care studio. We take pride in the high standards that we take sanitizing hourly and after each client. Our staff is fully vaccinated and take all precautions for our safety and our clients. We do ask you to sanitize your hands upon arrival with the sanitizer that we provide and removal of shoes before you head rests on the treatment table.
